Situated at an altitude of 650 meters, the house Channat Belle- vue provides a breath-taking panoramic view over the Allier valley and towards the Margeride mountains

On the ground floor : one double room, one room with two single beds, a shower and toilets.

On the first floor : large living room with fire place, dining room, kitchen, one double room with ensuite bathroom and separate toilet, a terrace overlooking the valley ( 50 square meters).The living room has comfortable arm-chairs and a sofa. It also has books in french and English, including some about the region and brochures about cultural and sporting activities which may interest you during your stay.

The kitchen is fully equiped with oven, fridge, dish -washer, and opens onto the terrace which has a table and chairs. There is also, of course, a washing machine.
Small garden

The gite is non-smoking. Although smoking is possible on the terrace.
